Placement
Priced by open auction, not by a rate card. Spotlight slots, category placements, promoted deals and newsletter units. Bids are public, the price moves with demand, and every unit is permanently labelled and kept outside the rankings. What is and is not for sale is listed in full on the about page.

Billing
- All prices in USD, charged by Oxid Security Inc. (Canada) through Stripe.
- Business customers: enter your VAT or GST number at checkout and EU/UK sales reverse-charge to you.
- Tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Invoices are issued by Stripe and available in your billing tab.
Refunds
- Outbid before your slot runs — refunded automatically, in full.
- A slot that has run is not refundable. This is stated at checkout as well as here.
- Subscriptions cancel at the end of the period; no partial-month refunds.
- If a Launch Kit submission fails because our prepared copy was wrong, we redo it or refund it.
The full contractual position is in the terms of service. Where this page and the terms describe the same thing, the terms are the ones that bind.
